Yelled at by a Cop & the Ticket I Didn't Get

I did a dumb thing. I sold my motorcycle with the plate on it, and I shouldn't have. The guy who I sold it to got a ticket with my plate, and now it's my problem because I can't find the copy of the bill of sale/title proving that I sold it. If there's one thing you learn from me, let it be this; always keep your plate if state law allows it. Always.

Also, I found a cop who doesn't like lane splitting apparently. He yelled at me and I'm not really sure why..
